30-Day Return Guarantee

You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.

Eligible for Return

Your item must meet one of the following:

  • Wrong size

  • Wrong product

  • Wrong color

  • Damaged on arrival

Returns for change of mind, personal preference, or unwanted gifts are not accepted.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at support@drumcrave.com.

  2. Provide:

    • Reason for return

    • Picture proof of the issue

Our team will review your request. If approved, we’ll provide:

  • Return shipping label

  • Instructions on how & where to send your package

Items sent without approval will not be accepted.


Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow some time for your bank or credit card to process the refund.


Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled if production hasn’t started.

  • Production may begin within hours, so same-day cancellations are not always possible.

  • Contact us immediately with your order details if you wish to cancel.

  • Once production starts or item ships, cancellation is no longer possible.


Damages & Issues

  • Inspect your order upon arrival.

  • Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.


Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges.

  • To get a different item: return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.
